New Forest Tiny Home has the benefit of being on the electric grid but does have a 12v battery system for LED lighting. Through enjoying the experience of staying in the Tiny Home you will be to get away from it all. Fires are allowed in the Fire Pit in designated area only.
The Tiny Home sleeps up to two adults comfortably, the Tiny Home is available for 2 night weekend stays plus! We can offer a tent for children to stay in too, this is very close to the Tiny Home and is very secure. Or you could swap!!
We can provide a welcome basket that includes everything for your first breakfast so if you really need to make a dash for it you can be assured that everything will be on hand ready for your arrival. Please book this at time of enquiry.

Breakfast Hamper: Includes tea, coffee, milk, butchers bacon, butchers sausages, free range eggs, baked beans, butter, loaf of bread and more importantly a bottle of wine. Cost: £30.00 please book on reservation. If you are a vegetarian or half of you are ! please state this and we will offer you a meat free alternative.
What you need to bring: If you can’t break completely from our modern society don’t forget to bring your phone charger for the essential mobile phone! Good walking shoes and a sense of fun and adventure!

Our Tiny Home caters for quiet romantic getaways. Due to the terrain and nature of the the Tiny Home regretfully we are not suitable for wheelchair users. We have endeavoured to make our camp a safe environment for the elderly, however please read and follow the safety instructions and terms below and those contained in your Tiny Home guide.
Booking your Tiny Homes holiday indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions below.
Health & Safety Your responsibility Please ensure that you and all other adults in your party read the following information on health and safety. You are also responsible for any vulnerable persons in your party. E.g. young children, the disabled or the elderly.

Serious accidents We cannot accept liability for any personal injury loss or damage which may be sustained by your party or their guest or their property during your stay at New Forest Tiny Home except where it arises from the negligence or wilful default on our part. You will be held responsible for any serious damage done or loss sustained to property during your stay.
Fire Safety The Tiny Home is a no smoking environment. Be aware of fire risks especially in and around the Tiny Home, cooking area, BBQ & fire pit. The Tiny Home has a fire blanket, a smoke and CO2 detector and fire extinguisher. All fires must be damped down with water before going to sleep and all lanterns and candles must be extinguished.
Please keep fires small and manageable. Be aware of naked flames; please keep any candles or tea lights outside the Tiny Home, and not within 1 meter of the Tiny Home itself. Adults only are to use, gas rings, BBQ and firepit.
Whilst guests must take full responsibility for the safety of children or other vulnerable persons in their party at all times, Forest Tiny Home recommend that children below the age of 4 years remain under adult supervision whenever the hob is in use.
Arrival Your Tiny Home is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We will be flexible if its possible to accommodate you with advance notice.
Departure On the day of your departure please leave the site before 11am. You are kindly asked to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. Thank you.
Damages You accept responsibility and the cost for repairs for any damages to the Tiny Home and the site made by your party during your stay.
Tiny Home Capacity The adult capacity is a stated on our web site. The number of persons cannot exceed the number as advertised however you may decide to sleep adults on children’s mattresses. Forest Tiny Home cannot guarantee the comfort of the latter. Bedding and towels are provided to the number in your booking.
Noise We are primarily an adult holiday location, please respect your neighbours ie me!! We do not allow music after 10pm.
Cancellations If you cancel your holiday with greater then one calendar months notice we will refund your deposit in full. Should you cancel your holiday within one calendar month before your arrival we are unable to offer refunds. We will attempt to sell your dates, and if successful will offer you alternative dates. If full payment is not made within 72 hours of the commencement of your holiday, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and retain the deposit.
What is included? Clean towels, cosy blankets and bedding, one bag of logs, torches, kitchen ware, table ware, outside dining area seating, washing up liquid, small supply of tea and coffee.
What costs extra? You can purchase extra bags of logs at £5 per bag payable in an honesty box.
Magic We cannot guarantee your seeing forest fairies, or other mythical creatures. There is a good chance you will see wild animals close up as deer and birds of prey so be ready to embrace the experience we will give you.
